Mighty GTO

Mike’s Mighty GTO has been in his family almost since the car rolled off the assembly line.  Mike’s Mom purchased the car a few years after production and it’s been in the family ever since.  Mike was brought home from the hospital in the car and they went on many family trips  in it while growing up.  Mike had his car at a few different shops before landing at Pacific Coast Customs.  He wanted to maintain the original look of the car that he had embedded in his memory from childhood, yet give it a modern look and power plant.  Keeping everything Pontiac, he decided to add a large Pro-Charger to the engine and we strengthened and boxed to stock chassis tremendously.  Mike also wanted to snake some 4 inch stainless exhaust under the car for all of the fumes to exit through.  This stock appearing vehicle has many little one-off pieces and touches to it that can easily be over-looked.

Mike took the assembly and wiring of the car upon himself and is still in the process of finishing everything up.  We hope to see the finished car closer to the end of the year.
